Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using our mobile detailing services. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for the use of mobile detailing services provided by 647 Details Company.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our mobile detailing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Services Provided
We offer mobile detailing services for vehicles in the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include, but are not limited to, washing, waxing, interior cleaning, polishing, and other related services. The specific services to be provided will be discussed and agreed upon before the appointment.
3. Pricing and Payment
The pricing for our services will be provided to you upon inquiry or during the booking process. All payments are due once service is complete, and we accept cash, e-transfer, or other agreed-upon payment methods. Any additional charges for extra services requested during the appointment will be communicated to you, and payment is due upon completion.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your vehicle and its condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is accessible and available for the scheduled appointment. You are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before our arrival.
6. Liability and Damages
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process, we shall not be held liable for any damages that may occur during the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to paint, upholstery, accessories, or any other parts of the vehicle. We recommend notifying us of any pre-existing damage or concerns before the service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of the service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information provided by you, except as required by law or with your consent. We will take reasonable measures to safeguard any personal information collected during the provision of our services.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, used or displayed during our services, are the property of 647 Details. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Mississauga, Ontario.
11. Modifications and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website or other communication channels. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates.
By using our mobile detailing services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not proceed with booking our services.
